Rebuild all 4 debs (bookworm/trixie x amd64/arm64) at 0.3.0. Each bundles the
driver .so + /usr/bin/svxmixer (standalone alsamixer-style live tuner). Verified
on allstar: module loads, svx eq applies/clears, svxmixer runs.
