bjorne ec4b6127e7 Publish two packages x86_64: chan-pbx-sat (driver) + pbxsat-freepbx (GUI) 
- chan-pbx-sat: driver .so + pbx_sat.conf.sample (current config) + HOWTO.
- pbxsat-freepbx: FreePBX web GUI (admin module + dashboard widget), deb arch=all
  / rpm noarch, deploys via fwconsole, depends on chan-pbx-sat.
Debian 12/13 (bookworm/trixie) + CentOS/RHEL 7(ast16,ast18)/8/9. README updated.

debs/ : bookworm/trixie x amd64/arm64 (Asterisk 22).
rpms/ : el9/el8 (ast22), el7 (ast18), el7 (ast16), x86_64.
README: document deb + rpm install. Packages only — no source.
