* AllStar: major overhaul. Local-node window is now a saved list of the nodes
you linked, each with Disconnect / Reconnect / Delete; the Remote-nodes window
lists the full connected mesh (browse only). Local/reserved nodes (e.g. 1970)
show as info rows. Node numbers resolve to callsign + location (AllStarLink
stats) in both windows. RX now appears in Last heard, driven by the IAX
KEY/UNKEY control frames (same as iaxRpt). Command history persists across
restarts with edit/remove. Linked nodes are reliably disconnected on exit
(Ctrl-C and window-close alike), retried until the node acknowledges.
* Fix: Ctrl-C no longer hangs the app and no longer spams the shutdown log.
* Audio: opening a window (Settings, dialogs) no longer drops the sound — the
sink keeps ~250 ms buffered so playback coasts through brief UI work; Settings
builds its tabs lazily (faster open, less CPU/memory).
* Audio: a second network/mode can no longer be blocked by a stuck
"currently playing" state; added diagnostics for the DMR cross-network case.
