Gitea resolved the relative ../../releases/download/... links as a path in
branch/main and 404'd. Use full https URLs so they point at the release
assets and download on click.

Binaries in the file tree open a dead 'View Raw' page in Gitea (it can't
preview a binary, LFS or not). Move msi/zip/deb out of the tree to release
assets — clean one-click downloads — and put a Downloads table at the top of
the README linking straight to them so they are visible on the front page.
Tree now holds only text + scripts.

Drop the debs/ subdir and put every download at the repo root so both the
Debian .deb and the Windows .msi/.zip show up directly in the file list.
Stop gitignoring the binaries; add a root SHA256SUMS covering all of them.

Binaries only, no source. Windows .exe/.msi go up as release attachments
(they are 64-77 MB each, too big for git history); .deb packages are
committed under debs/ like the other *-deb repos.
